I love the mottled skin on his face and his eerie, skull-like features. Those teeth are going to give me NIGHTMARES, LOL. Excellent, EXCELLENT creation of yours!
Since you asked for some colouring critique, I feel obligated to oblige! The boldness of his red hair is a little distracting (though the colour itself is a very unique and awesome choice). I'd recommend desaturating it (only slightly), and breaking up the large expanses of pure colour with more shading and possibly some highlights. Also continuing with the mottled pattern from his face all the way down his neck would be cool, but certainly not necessary.
I would hate to see this guy looking into my doorway at night! Yeesh, rofl.
