Terms of Service
When you sign up, you agree to follow these rules to make Fiend's a better Fridge. If you break your agreement you may find your account with a one-way ticket to banland.

  1. Age
    Please be at least thirteen years of age, and please provide an accurate birthdate if you are below the age of 18.

  2. Legal
    You agree to acknowledge the following legal disclaimers:
    1. By posting your art here, you give Fiend's Fridge the right to display your art within the site domain and to profit off it indirectly in the form of simultaneously-displayed text ads. All other rights are retained by you.
    2. You agree not to hold Fiend's Fridge responsible in any way for the actions and opinions of its users.
    3. We reserve the right to remove or disable accounts for any reason.
    4. Fiend's Fridge agrees to never sell or otherwise provide your personal information to other parties, except to cooperate with the legal system.

  3. Uploading Guidelines
    Please make sure all images you post follow the Uploading Guidelines.

  4. No Spam
    No accounts may be registered on Fiend's Fridge solely for the sake of advertising unrelated goods or services. Fiend's Fridge inserts a "rel=nofollow" attribute into all link tags, so it is impossible to use an account here to affect your google ranking.

  5. No Threats
    No image or text may threaten or encourage realistic and serious bodily harm to another user or identifiable person. Silly threats involving hyperbolic and impossible acts or grade school bullying techniques are allowed provided they follow the No Drama rule.

  6. No Drama
    Fiend's Fridge is a drama-free zone. Please keep your petty, catty, gossippy internet bullshit on your livejournal where it belongs. This is not to say you need to be the epitomy of politeness or that you can't make rude, dumb jokes, only that if you must start fights, don't do it here, and don't bring your ugly moldy grudges here either.

    This is not a popularity contest, this is not a place to argue about whose silly avatar is the most original, this is not a place to wail at or try to police with shame people who give you art critiques.
