Artist's Description:
Her name is Daria Flannigan, she's a type of beasty-flavored unseelie fae, and she's late for her first class. Poor thing hasn't even been able to take a bite of toast yet! Hopefully her professor will understand the perils of living in a non-Euclidean dorm.
She has an interesting Polynesian/Scot accent. Why yes, she's an original character, and why no, I don't expect you to care. Her three-piece suits and Far Side catseye glasses make me happy. The horns, incidentally, are grafts (aside from the nose one; that's real).
This picture is a little old, but I still like it.
