Artist's Description:
This is Gertie Bloodaxe, wife of Professor Johnathan Bloodaxe (he teaches engineering, making things blow up, maintenance of killer robots, that kind of thing), and probably a mom or grandma by now. We haven't pinned down her job just yet; right now things are leaning towards bounty hunter, private security, or the military. She's usually managing things from a desk but can still kick ass if need be. Gertie's an orc, obviously. It's hard to tell from this sketch, but she's a bit pear-shaped, and does not care about her bejunked trunk in the slightest.
Her fashionable sweater is declaring love for her dire wolf, who is old and fat and kind of smelly these days, but was an amazing mount in her prime. Once took both front legs off a horse, no lie.
Gertie is loosely based on Beth Smith Chapman, wife of Duane "Dog the Bounty Hunter" Chapman, although her enormous tatas are currently offscreen. Her big hair sure isn't!
