it's about time i drew something for kep that doesn't suck.
kep's art is always very interesting for me to look at, because i see a lot of techniques i myself never learned to use or never bothered to use. i guess in a way, studying kep's style lets me pick out little things i might apply to my own. like gel pen use, for one.
so anyway, trying to emulate (just a little bit) kep's style of shading things. nooot exactly what i was going for but still looks good to me.
combination of copics, deleters, pencil, gel pen and watercolour (exclusively on the steam, to illustrate a point i wanted to make) and uh yeah.
the errors on this were mostly in the inking stage, which seems to be my weakest stage at this point. TIME TO INK THE HELL OUT OF SOME STUFF I GUESS?
